Stay Strong Physio

At Stay Strong Physio, I offer comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment for all musculoskeletal complaints and believe that effective physiotherapy involves listening to what is important to you.

I am passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love with confidence as soon as possible.

With over 15 years of climbing experience and 4 years of climbing coaching experience, I graduated with distinction from Bangor University Physiotherapy Postgraduate Course in 2021.

I have a special interest in climbing and outdoor activity-related injuries, including but not limited to finger injuries (pulley sprains, tears and ruptures, joint issues), wrist injuries, golfer/tennis elbow, shoulder injuries (rotator cuff, labrum tears), knee injuries, ankle injuries, return to sport following surgery, and more.

What you Get

Upon booking, you will receive an email with a form to fill in to explain your issues, concerns, and goals without the pressure of having to remember everything in the moment.

During your appointment, we will discuss in detail your symptoms, lifestyle, training habits, and anything else that may be relevant.

There will be some form of physical examination, that may be facilitated by some level of undress, but this is always optional.

Every appointment comes with a bespoke rehab exercise plan, designed collaboratively, with your needs and goals in mind. This can be quickly and easily adjusted online to suit any changing needs or issues.

  • I was also head coach for the North Wales Youth Climbing Academy for 2 years.
  • I worked as a physio in the NHS, gaining experience in a variety of areas including, outpatients, respiratory, medical, stroke and community based rehab.
